Creating a meal plan each week has been such a life saver for me. I’m thankful that I’m becoming more consistent with my meal planning! My next goal is to do more freezer meals so I can get in the habit of having some backup meals ready to go! I know it will definitely come in handy later in life when little feet start running around 🙂
Oh…. does anyone else think it’s crazy that it’s the last week of July already?! When did this happen?? I’m loving the Summer, but I am definitely ready for some cooler Autumn weather! I can’t wait! 🙂 Autumn is my favorite season!
My meal plan for this week (reminder- Breakfasts and Lunches around here are typically leftovers, easy things, if I plan something more complicated I’ll put that down in my meal plan ;)):
Monday 27 July: Cajun Chicken Alfredo
Tuesday 28 July: Slow Cooker Lasagna Soup
Wednesday 29 July: Baked Tacos
Thursday 30 July: Paleo Sweet and Sour Chicken with Rice
Friday 31 July: Homemade Pizza
Sunday 2 August: Leftovers
In the coming weeks, I will be posting more freezer meals! I’m excited to get this started 🙂
